Since serving an apprenticeship with Bob Smith Lawnmowers in Sling Russell has gained over 20 years experience in the horticultural machinery trade, working on a wide range of machines from domestic lawnmowers up to the professional grounds care equipment.

In 1997 Russell started his own business (Dean Mowers Ltd) in his garage at home. The business quickly grew and moved to a workshop in Blaisdon, before settling in it`s current location at Central Garage Blakeney.

The company has since gone from strength to strength in the last few years and has acquired further businesses firstly ourselves in Hereford, and more recently Stroud Mowers (Stroud) and Walter Jones (Leominster)

Russell believes in the hands-on practical approach to the business and you can usually find him hard at work in one of our extensive workshops.
